Tips:
- Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients prepped and measured. This will help you stay organized and ensure that your dish turns out perfectly.
- Use Fresh Ingredients: Whenever possible, use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and texture. This is especially important for the vegetables and herbs.
- Don't Overcook the Chicken: Chicken can easily become dry and tough if it is overcooked. Cook it until it is just cooked through, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Add Vegetables in Stages: Vegetables cook at different rates, so add them to the skillet in stages. This will help to ensure that they are all cooked evenly.
- Use a Good Quality Soy Sauce: Soy sauce is a key ingredient in this dish, so it is important to use a good quality one. Look for a soy sauce that is labeled "brewed" or "naturally fermented."
- Serve Immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it is cooked. The chicken and vegetables will be at their best when they are hot and fresh.
