CHINESE PRETZELS
This is not really a pretzel and I don't know if it is Chinese. We used to call these Ferris Wheels and they were a favorite treat to buy at the store. They are great as is or you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar for a sweet treat.

Tips:
- To make the perfect hard-boiled eggs, place them in a single layer in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then cover the pan and remove it from the heat. Let the eggs stand in the hot water for 10-12 minutes, depending on how hard you want them to be. Immediately drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
- For a smoother filling, use a food processor or blender to blend the egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings until light and fluffy.
- If you don't have pretzel crisps, you can use other crackers or chips of your choice. Just be sure to choose something sturdy that can hold up to the filling.
- To make the assembly process easier, use a piping bag fitted with a star tip to pipe the filling onto the pretzel crisps.
- Garnish the deviled egg pretzel crisps with a sprinkle of paprika, chopped chives, or bacon bits before serving.
