2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in , sour cream and vanilla. 1 cup sugar
2 eggs, room temp
2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
8 ounces butter, room temp
2 cups sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Cream butter and sugar until light yellow and well blended.
  • Add eggs, one at a time.
