AWESOME SAUCE CHICKEN WINGS

Awesome Sauce Chicken Wings image

I played around with this sauce until I got it just right for me and my husband. I could eat these weekly or more often! I use Splenda brown sugar blend and reduced sodium soy sauce. You can use more brown sugar if you want more sweet. I like the sweet/spicy flavor of this sauce.

  • Use fresh ingredients: Whenever possible, use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. This means using fresh herbs, spices, and vegetables.
  • Simmer the sauce: Simmering the sauce allows the flavors to meld together and develop. Be sure to simmer the sauce for at least 15 minutes, or longer if you have time.
  • Taste the sauce as you go: As you're making the sauce, be sure to taste it and adjust the seasonings as needed. You want the sauce to be flavorful but not overpowering.
