½ lb bacon (, cooked and crumbled)
1/3 cup onion (, finely chopped)
¾ cup cheddar cheese (, shredded)
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup yellow mustard
¼ cup sweet pickle relish
1 egg
2 tsp sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.

  • Cut a few slits on the top of the calzones. Place the calzones on the lined cookie sheet.
  • In a small dish, mix the egg and 1 tbsp of water to create an egg wash. Brush this mixture over the calzone and sprinkle the sesame seeds overtop of the egg wash.
