1 (1 ounce) packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
6 pork loin rib chops, about 1 inch thick
1 dash paprika
Salt to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, add the Seasoning mix, together with the salt, pepper, and paprika and mix well. Liberally sprinkle the pork chops on both sides with the seasoning mixture.
  • Arrange the chops on a baking sheet or try with a rack. Bake the pork chops for 20 minutes, turning once until browned or an internal temperature of 160 degrees F is reached. Serve immediately.

I created this on a whim, and it came out alright. This is just a collaboration of things try it out. We had this with oven roasted corn on the cob and a wonderful fresh salad.

1 lb boneless pork chop
1/2 cup onion (med chop)
6 mushrooms (fresh, sliced)
6 green onions (chopped inc. green tops)
2 tablespoons butter
8 crackers (crushed, i used club multigrain)
2 tablespoons romano cheese
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 cups ranch dressing (divided, buttermilk)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • meanwhile crush crackers, i used a mortar and pestle, add ramano and parmesan. I'm talkin the stuff you sprinkle on your spaghetti. (kraft) place these on a plate.
  • place one cup of ranch on a plate, I used buttermilk ranch for this recipe.
  • dip raw chop into ranch on both sides then
  • coat with cheese and cracker mixture.
  • place in foil lined & sprayed 13x9 pan.
  • put in oven cook 30 minutes or until golden.
  • Meanwhile to create the sauce chop all veggies and saute in med-high butter until tender.
  • in a bowl mix sour cream and other cup of ranch with a fork
  • add cornstarch, worcestershire and chicken broth, stir well.
  • pour over tender veggies and stir constantly until it boils and thickens.
  • serve over hot ranch chops.
  • this was rich but tasty, enjoy!

6 boneless pork loin chops (5 ounces each)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil on both sides. Combine the water, brown sugar, onion, ketchup, bouillon and garlic; add to skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until meat juices run clear. , Remove chops and keep warm. Combine flour and cold water until smooth; stir into skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream. Serve with pork chops.
