Tips:
- Choose the right ravioli. For the best results, use a type of ravioli that is filled with a flavorful filling, such as cheese, meat, or vegetables.
- Use a variety of cheeses. Feel free to get creative with the type of cheese you use in your baked ravioli bites. A blend of mozzarella, Parmesan, and ricotta is a classic choice, but you could also use cheddar, Gruyère, or fontina.
- Don't overcrowd the pan. When baking the ravioli bites, make sure to leave enough space between them so that they can cook evenly.
- Serve immediately. Baked ravioli bites are best served hot out of the oven. You can garnish them with fresh herbs, grated cheese, or a drizzle of olive oil.
