2 pounds party chicken wings
1 teaspoon salt, divided
¼ cup water
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
1 medium green onion, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place wings on the baking sheet and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt.

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • Put oven racks in upper and lower thirds of oven. Line 2 large shallow baking pans (17 by 11 inches) with foil. Put pans in oven and preheat oven to 500°F.
  • Pat wings dry, then toss with oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and divide between preheated pans, spreading wings in 1 layer. Roast, without turning, until golden and tender, about 35 minutes.

2 pounds chicken wings
1-1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Steps:

  • Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip sections. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Pour 1/2 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade., Drain chicken and discard marinade; place in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup Honey
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 tablespoon Fresh ginger
2 clove Garlic cloves
