1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, divided
3/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped, divided
3 medium firm bananas
1-2/3 cups cold milk
2 packages (5.1 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Prepare brownie batter according to package directions for fudgelike brownies. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanuts. Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. 4 bananas, peeled and halved
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup 35-percent whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 store-bought or prepared brownies
1 ounce dark chocolate, grated
1 tablespoon icing sugar (confectioners' sugar)

Steps:

  • Heat a nonstick saute pan over medium to low heat. Add the butter and brown sugar to melt. Place the banana halves in the pan and saute until the bananas caramelize, approximately 1 minute. Turn the bananas over and caramelize on other side. Remove the pan from the heat.
  • Put the sugar, whipping cream, and vanilla extract in a metal bowl and whisk until firm peaks form.

2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

2 medium bananas
