1 cup instant oats, flavored (2 packets) or 1 cup unflavored oats (2 packets)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup mashed banana (about 3 medium)
1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk (or tbsp vinegar added to milk)
