Tips:

  • Choose the freshest mahi-mahi fillets you can find. Look for fillets that are firm and have a light pink color. Avoid fillets that are slimy or have a strong fishy smell.
  • Marinate the mahi-mahi fillets for at least 30 minutes before grilling. This will help to tenderize the fish and infuse it with flavor.
  • Grill the mahi-mahi fillets over medium heat. This will help to prevent the fish from overcooking and becoming dry.
  • Cook the mahi-mahi fillets until they are cooked through. The fish is cooked through when it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve the mahi-mahi fillets with your favorite sides. Some popular sides for mahi-mahi include rice, grilled vegetables, and salad.

Conclusion:

Barbecued mahi-mahi is a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for a summer cookout. The fish is mild in flavor and pairs well with a variety of sides.
