Tips for Making the Best Barbecued Pork Fajitas

  • Choose the right cut of pork. A good choice is a pork shoulder or butt, which is a well-marbled cut of meat that will become tender and juicy when cooked slowly.
  • Marinate the pork for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight. This will help to flavor the meat and make it more tender.
  • Cook the pork over low heat for a long period of time. This will allow the meat to cook through without drying out.
  • Use a good quality barbecue sauce. This is what will give your fajitas their signature flavor.
  • Serve the fajitas with warm tortillas, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. This will allow your guests to build their own fajitas to their liking.

Conclusion

Barbecued pork fajitas are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a casual get-together or a special occasion. By following these tips, you can make sure that your fajitas are the best they can be.
