1 medium onion, chopped
8 cooked bacon strips, crumbled and divided

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
2 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat broiler. Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain., Meanwhile, in a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, 4-6 minutes, breaking meat into crumbles. 1/2 cup chopped onion
32 (1-inch) frozen beef meatballs, thawed (from 22-oz bag)
1 cup Progresso™ beef flavored broth (from 32-oz container)
1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced fire roasted tomatoes, drained
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
3/4 cup coarsely chopped cooked bacon
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles

Steps:

1 lb gnocchi, frozen
3 ounces bacon, cut into 1/2 inch wide pieces (about 3 slices)
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 yellow onions, thinly sliced (medium-small to yield about 2 cups)
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons parmigiano-reggiano cheese, plus more for serving

Steps:

  • Bring a large saucepan of salted water to boil.
  • Cook the gnocchi according to package directions.
  • Reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking water and drain.
  • Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy on both sides, about 5 minutes.

1 zucchini (diced)
¼ cup water
14½ ounces Italian Diced Tomatoes (1 can, undrained)
1 Tablespoon dried oregano
1 Tablespoon parsley
½ teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper (to taste)
15 ounces cannellini beans (1 can, rinsed and drained)
16 ounces gnocchi (uncooked,1 package)
1½ cups fresh spinach
½ cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
