Beer battered string beans are a crispy, flavorful treat that can be enjoyed as an appetizer, side dish, or even a main course with the right dipping sauce. The key to great beer battered string beans is to use a light, crisp beer that will not overpower the delicate flavor of the green beans. A good choice is a light lager or a pale ale. The batter should be made with all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. The beer is added to the batter last, and it should be stirred until just combined. Over-mixing the batter will result in tough, chewy string beans.

Tips:
- To achieve the crispiest green beans, use a light coating of batter. A thick coating will make the beans soggy.
- Don't overcrowd the beans in the fryer. This will prevent them from cooking evenly.
- Fry the beans in hot oil. The ideal temperature is 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook the beans until they are golden brown and crispy. This will take about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the beans immediately with remoulade dip.
Conclusion:
Beer-battered string beans with remoulade dip is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or side dish. The beans are crispy and flavorful, while the remoulade dip is creamy and tangy. This dish is sure to be a hit at your next party or gathering.
