The amazing part was that it was cooked in the oven and not on a BBQ Grill. though you can cook on BBQ grill for better flavors. The sauce used in this recipe is ---- Select Pit Smoked Barbecue Sauce (from internet) it's sweet sauce with a spice notes and that never tasted "pit smoke flavor' which is the backbone of the taste.

Tips:
- Choose the right cut of meat: Different cuts of meat have different flavors and textures. For barbecue, you want to choose a cut that is tender and flavorful, such as brisket, ribs, or pork shoulder.
- Use a good rub: A rub is a mixture of spices and herbs that is applied to the meat before cooking. A good rub will help to add flavor and moisture to the meat.
- Cook the meat slowly and low: Barbecue is a low and slow cooking method. This allows the meat to cook evenly and develop a rich flavor.
- Use a smoker or grill: You can use a smoker or a grill to cook barbecue. A smoker will give the meat a smoky flavor, while a grill will give it a more charred flavor.
- Don't overcook the meat: Overcooked meat is tough and dry. Cook the meat until it is tender and juicy.
Conclusion:
Barbecue is a delicious and versatile way to cook meat. With a little bit of planning and effort, you can create delicious barbecue dishes that will impress your friends and family. So fire up your grill or smoker and get started today!
