Steps:
- 1. In a food processor, combine the chicken, mayo, coleslaw dressing, celery, onion & lemon juice. Adjust coleslaw dressing & mayo as needed to it doesn't get to "soupy".
- 2. Blend until well mixed. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Refrigerate until chilled.
- *I chopped my chicken, celery & onion with my pampered chef food chopper. I then added the dressing, mayo & seasonings. It worked great!
BEST CHICKEN SALAD EVER I
This is the result of a day at home with my brother and nothing to do. We decided to create a new lunch. Serve on rolls or sandwich bread; this is especially nice if you toast the bread, or use a flavorful whole-grain bread. The chicken can be substituted with turkey, and the ingredients can be rearranged to suit differing tastes. Enjoy!

BEST CHICKEN SALAD EVER
This recipe uses canned chicken, but if you want to use leftover chunked chicken or turkey, it 's even better. A dab of sweet relish is a nice taste surprise, and we love the apples, pecans, and raisins. The creamy salad dressing finishes it off nicely.

BEST CHICKEN SALAD - EVER!
An herb and lemony chicken salad, made with a fantastic homemade mayonnaise that takes this already yummy salad right over the top. You can whip it up long before you can run to the store for a more expensive and less tasty product. Fabulous for sandwiches, salads, etc.

Steps:
- For homemade mayonaise - in a glass bowl, whisk together the egg yolk and other ingredients (except the oil). Starting very slowly (just a drop at a time) whisk the oil into the egg yolk mixture. Once an emulsion forms you can increase the oil to a thin stream. Continue whisking in the oil until it is all incorporated. Can be refrigerated up to one week.
- Combine chicken with enough mayonnaise to moisten (according to taste). Fold in the celery, scallions and herbs. Season with salt and lots of pepper.
BEST CHICKEN SALAD EVER II
My favorite chicken salad of all times. This is one you must try if you are a fan of chicken salads. Use white wine Worcestershire, if you can find it. Try serving this salad on a bed of lettuce or as a sandwich filling.

Tips for Making the Best Chicken Salad Ever:
- Use high-quality ingredients: Start with fresh, flavorful chicken, mayonnaise, and celery. Fresh herbs, such as parsley, dill, or chives, can also add a nice touch.
- Cook the chicken properly: Chicken should be cooked until it is tender and juicy, but not dry. If you are using a rotisserie chicken, make sure to remove the skin and bones before shredding the meat.
- Shred the chicken finely: This will help the chicken salad to be more cohesive and easier to eat. You can use a food processor or a fork to shred the chicken.
- Use the right amount of mayonnaise: Mayonnaise is the binder that holds chicken salad together, but too much mayonnaise can make it too rich and heavy. Start with a small amount of mayonnaise and add more as needed.
- Season the chicken salad to taste: Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste. You can also add a squeeze of lemon juice or a dollop of Dijon mustard for extra flavor.
- Chill the chicken salad before serving: This will help the flavors to meld and will make the chicken salad easier to handle.
