Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the shell pasta, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 13 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef, onion, and green pepper until browned. Drain off excess grease. Stir in pepperoni, tomato sauce, tomato juice, oregano, celery salt, onion powder, garlic salt, basil, red pepper flakes, and cooked pasta. Pour into the prepared baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove casserole from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375*. Saute onion & pickles with beef or turkey. When browned, drain & spread into 9x13 pan. Fit one layer of cheese slices over the meat mixture. Take rolls out of package, unroll sheet and place on top of the cheese. Poke vents in dough for steam. Bake at 375* for 15-20 minutes or until dough is browned. Serve over shredded lettuce topped with dressing for each serving. (I just put a little lettuce on top & the dressing on top of that.)
Tips:
- For a cheesier casserole, add an extra cup of shredded cheddar cheese or a layer of cheese sauce between the layers.
- If you prefer a saucier casserole, add an extra half cup of milk or cream to the sauce.
- For a more flavorful casserole, use a variety of cheeses in the sauce and topping, such as cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- If you don't have ground beef, you can substitute ground turkey or chicken.
- For a vegetarian version, omit the ground beef and add an extra cup of chopped vegetables, such as bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms.
- Serve the casserole with your favorite Big Mac toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.

Big Mac Casserole is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal or a party. It is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you are craving a Big Mac, give this casserole a try. You won't be disappointed.
