Tips:

  • Use a variety of cheeses: A combination of cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses provides a delicious and gooey filling.
  • Don't overcook the beef: Ground beef should be cooked until it is no longer pink, but not so long that it becomes dry.
  • Use a hot skillet: A hot skillet will help to sear the ground beef and prevent it from sticking.
  • Press the edges of the crust firmly: This will help to seal the crust and prevent it from cracking.
  • Bake the pie until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly: This usually takes about 30 minutes.

Conclusion:

This Bisquick impossibly easy cheeseburger pie is a quick and easy meal that is perfect for busy weeknights. It is also a great recipe for using up leftover ground beef.
