¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 egg white
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon canola oil
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup black sesame seeds
⅓ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt together in a bowl. 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon black walnut flavoring or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
6 tablespoons buttermilk
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas, about 4
1 cup black walnuts or 1 cup regular walnuts
