40 ounces (5 cups) chilled tomato juice
20 ounces (2-1/2 cups) chilled vodka
4 ounces (1/2 cup) fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
lime wedges
celery sticks

Steps:

  • Preparation: Combine all ingredients except lime wedges and celery sticks in a large pitcher. Stir. Serve over ice, and garnish individual glasses with spicy pickled green beans, lime wedges and celery sticks. Makes 2 quarts.

1 quart tomato juice
2 cups Clamato juice
1 1/2 cups vodka
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon wasabi powder
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 lemon, juice of
1/2 lime, juice of
hot sauce
4 tablespoons coarse salt
2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 stalk celery (optional)
cucumber, cut in spears (optional)
lemon slices (optional) or lime slice (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine tomato juice, Clamato juice and vodka in a large pitcher and stir to blend.
  • Add remaining ingredients (except hot sauce) and stir with a wooden spoon until all is well blended.
