Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving 1 inch of parchment hanging over the sides.
- Mix oats, figs, almonds, and 1/4 cup sunflower seeds together in a bowl.
- Stir bananas, peanut butter, and honey together in a saucepan over medium-low heat until completely melted and smooth, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat.
- Whisk egg whites together in a bowl until foamy. Mix banana mixture into egg whites and whisk until smooth; add oat mixture and stir until batter well combined. Fold blueberries into batter. Press batter into the prepared pan; top with flax seeds and 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square pan.
- Combine whole oats, oat flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl. Stir in almond milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla extract until well combined. Fold in blueberries and walnuts. Spread mixture into prepared square pan; top with shredded coconut.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden and coconut is brown; about 35 minutes. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

A poppin' new twist on the classic crispy rice treat! When cooking the honey and brown sugar mixture, make sure you stir frequently to avoid burning, and feel free to get creative with your favorite mix-ins. These make for a perfect game-day snack with plenty of sweet and savory surprises.

- Line a 9x13-inch (22 x 33 cm) baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the popcorn, oats, blueberries, and banana chips.
- In a small pot over medium-high heat, combine the honey, brown sugar, and salt. Cook until the brown sugar dissolves, stirring frequently to avoid burning, 2-3 minutes. Let the mixture to come to a low boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove the pot from the heat.
- Pour the honey and brown sugar mixture over the popcorn mixture. Using a rubber spatula, stir until the dry ingredients are well coated and beginning to stick together.
- Once the mixture comes together and has cooled slightly, add ¾ cup of the yogurt chips, mixing well to incorporate. Some of the chips may melt, but that's okay!
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Using lightly moistened hands, press the mixture into the baking dish in an even layer.
- Top with the remaining ¼ cup (75 G) yogurt chips.
- Set aside in a cool place for 1 hour to set, then cut into 12 bars.
