1 cup chopped pecans
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
3 cups confectioners' sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (1.3 ounce) envelopes whipped topping mix
1 cup milk
1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Combine first 3 ingredients; add butter, stirring well.

1 1/4 cups powdered sugar

1 (15 ounce) can blueberry pie filling (or your favorite flavor) or 2 cups fresh fruit
