- Pour pears and juice into a greased 2 qt baking dish.
- Sprinkle with the muffin mix.

- Bake, uncovered, at 400* for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and light brown.

Steps:
- 1) Drain pears, reserving 3/4 cup liquid. Chop pears, and set aside. 2) Combine 2 1/2 Tablespoons sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan; stir well. Stir in resered liquid; bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and gently stir in pears and blueberries. Spoon into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. 3) Combine flour, 2 teaspoons sugar and baking powder in a bowl; cut in margarine with pastry blender until crumbly.
