4 heads fresh broccoli, chopped
1 ½ cups shredded American cheese
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups crushed, seasoned croutons

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook broccoli in the boiling water for 1 minute. Drain, and set aside.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the cheese, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted. Add the broccoli, stirring to coat. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Mix in the croutons, and sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
  • Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the topping is browned and broccoli is tender.

2 (16 ounce) packages frozen broccoli, pieces (about 4-6 cups)
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained (can add a few more if you want!!)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
3 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 ounces slivered almonds
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Cook broccoli according to directions.
  • Saute the almonds in 1 tablespoon butter. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet saute onions and mushrooms in remaining butter.
  • Add soup, cheese, garlic, salt and 1/2 of sauteed almonds, cooking until cheese melts.
  • Lay broccoli in baking dish and cover with sauce mixture.
  • Top with remaining almonds.
  • Bake 20 minutes.

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Flavor Pack from Ramen
6 cups broccoli, peeled stems and heads, chopped and blanched in salted water
12 ounces sliced mushrooms, Sauteed in 1 tablespoon butter
1 package chicken flavored Ramen noodles, broken up

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a bowl combine mayonnaise, yogurt, cheddar cheese, blue cheese dressing, eggs, salt, pepper, and flavor pack from noodles. In a separate bowl combine broccoli, mushrooms, and broken noodles then toss together wet mixture and vegetables to evenly coat. Place in an 8 by 8-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non- stick cooking spray and cook for 45 minutes covered. Then remove cover and bake for additional 15 minutes to brown. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

1/2 cup butter, melted
8 ounces Cheddar, shredded

  • Steam the broccoli in a pan with 1/2-inch water, over medium heat, until crisp tender. Drain and add to a large bowl. Add the cream of mushroom soup, stuffing mix, and butter and stir to combine. 1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Steps:

1 cup instant rice
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1/2 cup diced process cheese (Velveeta)

Steps:

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus 2 tablespoons melted
1 small onion, finely chopped (1 cup)
8 ounces cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour
3 cups milk
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
8 ounces shredded Gouda cheese (about 3 cups)
30 saltine crackers, crushed (2 1/4 cups)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In two batches, cook broccoli in a large pot of salted boiling water until slightly tender, about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large straight-sided skillet over medium-high. Add onion and mushrooms; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and starting to brown, about 7 minutes. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Stir in milk in a slow, steady stream.
