Tips for Making Boozy Bourbon Chicken Marinade

  • Choose a good quality bourbon. The flavor of the bourbon will be imparted to the chicken, so it's important to use a bourbon that you enjoy drinking.
  • Use a variety of spices. The spices in the marinade will help to give the chicken a complex flavor. Some good options include garlic, onion, paprika, cumin, and chili powder.
  • Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes. This will give the flavors time to penetrate the chicken.
  • Cook the chicken over medium heat. This will help to prevent the chicken from drying out.
