Tips:
- Thaw the phyllo dough properly: Before using the phyllo dough, make sure it's completely thawed. This will prevent it from cracking or tearing when you're working with it.
- Work quickly: Phyllo dough dries out quickly, so it's important to work quickly when assembling the triangles. If you need to take a break, cover the dough with a damp towel to prevent it from drying out.
- Use sharp tools: A sharp knife and cutting board will help you cut the phyllo dough into neat and even pieces.
- Don't overfill the triangles: Too much filling will make the triangles difficult to fold and seal. Aim for about 1 tablespoon of filling per triangle.
- Bake the triangles until they're golden brown: The triangles are done baking when they're golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them so they don't overcook.
Conclusion:
Brie and cranberry phyllo triangles are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that's perfect for any occasion. With their flaky crust, creamy brie cheese, and tart cranberries, these triangles are sure to be a hit with your guests. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy appetizer, give these brie and cranberry phyllo triangles a try. You won't be disappointed!
