1 round or triangle of brie cheese
1 box of carr's crackers (or whatever you prefer)
1 jar(s) of preserves (choose your favorite flavor)

Steps:

  • 1. Arrange Brie Cheese on microwavable plater
  • 2. Open jar of preserves and place about half of the jar on top of the Brie.
  • 3. If it's hot outside and your event happens to be outside just let it out in the sun for a little while. If not place in microwave for about 1:50 minutes until the preserve starts to drip down the sides of the Brie.

1/2 cup salted butter, melted
2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
2/3 cup milk
4 oz Brie cheese, chopped (remove rind if desired)
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup dried cranberries
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8- or 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  • Pour half of the melted butter into pie plate.
  • In medium bowl, mix Bisquick™ mix and milk. Add rounded tablespoon-size dollops of batter to pie plate until pie plate is full of biscuit balls and all dough has been used. Drizzle remaining butter over tops of biscuits. Sprinkle Brie, blue cheese and half of the cranberries over tops of biscuits. Press some of the cheese into biscuits.
  • Place pie plate on cookie sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuits are golden. Sprinkle with remaining cranberries and parsley. Serve warm using cocktail forks or toothpicks.

1 (8 ounce) wheel Brie cheese
3 tablespoons apricot preserves
½ (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 egg white

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  • Slice one wheel of Brie cheese in half so you have 2 circles of cheese. Spread apricot or peach preserves on (the cut side) half of one circle of brie.
