8 6-inch-diameter flour tortillas
8 ounces Brie, diced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 large papaya, peeled, seeded, thinly sliced crosswise
Sour cream
Purchased salsa (optional)

6 ounces Brie cheese, cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 ripe d'Anjou pears, sliced 1/4-inch thick

3 ounces blue cheese
2 ounces grated monterey jack cheese

1 minced red bell pepper
1 diced papaya
1 tablespoon chopped scallion
