½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

1/8 cup green onion, thinly sliced

4 ounces heavy cream
4 ounces cottage cheese
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
