1 pound bacon (cooked crisp and finely chopped)
1 1/2 to 2 cups mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons white vinegar

Steps:

  • Chop all of the vegetables and cooked bacon into pieces that are pea-sized or slightly smaller. Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.

3 cups cauliflower, cut into very small florettes
3 cups celery, diced
1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
1 cup Spanish peanut
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup diced red onion (optional)
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (light or fat free works fine)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sugar or 1/4 cup sugar substitute
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated onions (if you did not put red onion in above)
1 -2 tablespoon white vinegar or 1 -2 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar

1 small onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
¼ cup bacon bits

1 (8 ounce) container reduced fat sour cream
