6 cups seedless red grapes (about 3 pounds)
1 cup sliced celery
6 green onions, sliced
2 cups mayonnaise
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
1-1/3 cups slivered almonds, toasted

Steps:

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the broccoli, grapes, celery and onions. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. , Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Just before serving, gently stir in bacon and almonds.

1 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon Bertman Ball Park Mustard or other stadium-style brown mustard
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg (preferably freshly grated)
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 large bunch broccoli, cut into small florets; stems peeled, quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 cup roasted salted peanuts
1 cup dried cherries
1 cup thinly sliced scallions

4 cups chopped broccoli in 1/2-inch pieces (from about 2 heads)
8 ounces pancetta, cut into 1/3-inch dice
1/2 cup mascarpone
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted, chopped
1/2 cup crumbled aged gorgonzola

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Set up a bowl of ice water alongside. Add the broccoli to the pot and blanch for 1 to 2 minutes, just until bright green and crisp. With a slotted spoon, remove the broccoli to the ice water to shock. Drain well.
