Steps:
- Combine all meatball ingredients, Shape into 1 inch balls.
- Mix sauce ingredients well. Pour over meatballs in a glass baking pan. Refrigerate until baking time.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Baste one or twice while cooking. Do not brown meatballs first.

Steps:
- In a large bowl beat the egg.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend together with your hands.
- Roll the mixture into 1 1/2" balls with your hands and place on non-stick cookie sheet so that they are not touching.
- Cook in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
- Turn meatballs over half way through cooking.
- The meatballs will not be fully cooked at this point.
- Add to your favorite sauce and simmer for 1 hour.
- Serve over pasta.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). Place meatballs in a casserole dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until warmed through, about 10 minutes.
- Combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, cloves, garlic salt, and beef bouillon cube in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour sauce over meatballs; cover dish with aluminum foil.
- Continue baking in oven until meatballs are hot, about 20 minutes.
