Tips:
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your waffles.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the waffles tough.
- Let the batter rest for a few minutes before cooking. This will help the waffles to rise and be more light and fluffy.
- Use a hot waffle iron. This will help the waffles to cook evenly and quickly.
- Don't overcrowd the waffle iron. Cooking too many waffles at once can make them soggy.
- Serve the waffles immediately. Waffles are best when they are hot and fresh.
