1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 package (12-ounce size) miniature semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
1 cup sweetened whipped cream
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup flaked or shredded coconut, toasted
1/2 cup candy-coated chocolate candies

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour and baking soda (dough will be stiff). Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spread or pat dough in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan or on cookie sheet.
  • Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown; cool in pan.
  • Just before serving, spread cookie with whipped cream. Top with walnuts, coconut and candies. Cut into wedges. Immediately refrigerate any remaining cookie after serving.

1 (22 ounce) package fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 egg
1 quart chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup ice cream topping, butterscotch caramel, fudge, marshmallow, warmed (why not try a mix?)
2 cups cut up candy bars (chocolate bars, toffee, peanut butter, whatever you want!)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries (optional)
whipped cream (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil, and egg. Stir until combined.
  • Spread dough evenly onto a greased 12-inch pizza pan with 1/2 inch sides.
  • Bake in oven for 18-20 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Cut brownie into 12 wedges. Do NOT remove from pan. Place small scoops of chocolate ice cream on each wedge. Cover tightly and freeze until firm.

Try using candy corn pieces on top for Halloween, Red and Pink M&M's for Valentines Day, Red and Green M&M's for Christmas. Pastel M&M's for Easter etc... The sky is the limit here! Use your imagination, and have LOTS of FUN making this for your next party! Kids love making these pizzas, so it's something you can do together, or do with the kids at a party.

1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
12 ounces miniature M&M's chocolate candies, divided (or 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup M&Ms)
2 cups candy bars, cut up (I use Snickers and Butterfingers, but use any you like)
2/3 cup coconut, fine or 2/3 cup coconut, flaked
1 (12 ounce) jar caramel topping (or 1 bag caramels, melted)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cream shortening, then combine thoroughly with sugars.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  • Sift together the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Stir into batter.
  • Stir in 1/2 of the M&Ms (or 1 cup chocolate chips.)
  • Spread batter onto a 14" lightly greased pizza pan.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  • Remove pan, and spread candy bar pieces evenly over pizza while hot.
  • Top with coconut.
  • Return to oven, and bake additional 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir the candy pieces and coconut together on the pizza, with a fork, just to blend.
  • Drizzle on melted caramels or caramel topping.
  • Sprinkle remaining M&Ms over top, and lightly press into the caramel.
  • Let cool and cut.

1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
Toppings, such as candy-coated chocolate candies, candy corn, semisweet chocolate chips, salted or honey-roasted peanuts
1/2 cup shredded or flaked coconut, if desired, tinted orange
1 cup miniature marshmallow
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.

1-1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1-1/2 teaspoons water
8 drops yellow food coloring
1 drop red food coloring
Large green, red and white gumdrops
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
Small black jelly beans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Press cookie dough onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool on a wire rack., Place coconut in a resealable plastic bag; add water and yellow and red food coloring. Seal bag and shake well to tint; set aside. Cut green gumdrops in half.
