- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, 1 cup margarine, eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon baking soda together in a bowl until combined. Stir in oats. Press 2/3 the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Melt butterscotch, chocolate chips, and 2 tablespoons margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in condensed milk and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract until smooth. Pour into the baking pan; crumble remaining oat mixture on top.

- Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, baking soda, flour and oatmeal.
- Press 2/3 of batter into bottom of 9 x13 pan and set remaining batter aside.
- Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a saucepan. Pour over the top of batter and sprinkle remaining batter over the top.
- Bake 350°F for 18-20 minutes.
- It will still look soft until the "fudge" cools.

- Place candy bars into freezer for about 10 minutes to firm; slice 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch thick.
- Line a 9-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil amd grease with butter.
- Heat sugar, 3/4 cup butter, and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring to melt butter and dissolve sugar. Bring mixture to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer inserted into the middle of the syrup reads 234 degrees F (110 degrees C), 3 to 5 minutes.
