CANDY CANE PUNCH
Peppermint ice cream makes this creamy drink taste-and look-more like a dessert than a punch! I've mixed it many times for ladies' lunches and buffets. For a fun garnish, hang mini candy canes around the punch bowl or on cups. -Neva Schnauber, Ft. Collins, Colorado

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the ice cream will taste. Use fresh milk, cream, and sugar, and avoid using artificial flavors or colors.
- Chill the ingredients before churning: This will help the ice cream freeze more quickly and smoothly.
- Don't overchurn the ice cream: Over churning will make the ice cream icy and grainy. Churn the ice cream just until it is thick and creamy.
- Add mix-ins at the end of churning: This will help to prevent the mix-ins from freezing solid.
- Store the ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer: This will help to keep the ice cream fresh and prevent it from getting freezer burn.

With its creamy texture, sweet flavor, and minty candy cane pieces, this ice cream is sure to be a hit with everyone. So next time you're looking for a special dessert, give candy cane ice cream a try. You won't be disappointed!
