CINNAMON SUGAR BISCUITS
I wanted to make some cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning but didn't have much time. So I took a few cans of biscuits, some cinnamon/sugar, and leftover Buttercream icing and threw these together. They were so yummy and everyone wanted the recipe right away!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together.
- Cut biscuits in half.
- Roll each biscuit half in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place in a greased dish (square or rectangle--I used one size smaller than a 9x13).
- You can crowd them together; they will bake up nice and fluffy.
- Top with butter pats randomly across the top.
- Bake for 10-20 minutes, depending on how well-done you like your rolls.
- Watch them closely.
- If you want a really good treat, top these with Buttercream Icing (Recipe #95416 is GREAT!) once they are right out of the oven.
- It will melt all over the rolls.
- Make the icing ahead of time and store in the fridge, then soften it in the microwave.
- Storebought icing could also be used.

Tips:
- To make the cinnamon butter, simply mix together softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until smooth and creamy. If the butter is too cold, it will be difficult to mix. If the butter is too warm, it will be too soft and the cinnamon butter will be runny.
- When rolling the dough, be sure to flour your work surface and rolling pin to prevent the dough from sticking. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more flour. If the dough is too dry, you can add a little more milk.
- To make the twists, simply cut the dough into strips and then twist them around each other. You can also sprinkle the twists with cinnamon sugar before baking.
- Bake the twists at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown. If you bake them for too long, they will become dry and hard.
- Serve the twists warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as honey butter or maple syrup.
Conclusion:
Canned cinnamon butter biscuit twisters are a quick and easy breakfast or snack that can be made with just a few simple ingredients. They are perfect for busy mornings or when you are short on time. With their flaky layers of dough and sweet cinnamon butter filling, these twists are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you are looking for a delicious and easy treat, give canned cinnamon butter biscuit twisters a try. You won't be disappointed!
