Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter they will be, and the less sugar you will need to add to your brownies.
  • Mash the bananas well. This will help to ensure that they are evenly distributed throughout the brownie batter.
  • Use unsweetened cocoa powder. This will help to keep the brownies low in fat and calories.
  • Use a natural sweetener, such as honey or maple syrup. This will help to keep the brownies low in refined sugar.
  • Use Greek yogurt or applesauce as a substitute for butter or oil. This will help to reduce the fat content of the brownies.
  • Bake the brownies until they are just set. Overbaking will make them dry and crumbly.

Conclusion:

These low-fat brownies are a delicious and healthy treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are perfect for a quick snack or dessert, and they can also be used to make other desserts, such as ice cream sundaes or parfaits. With a few simple substitutions, you can enjoy all the flavor of traditional brownies without the guilt.
