1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • In a small bowl, dissolve coffee in water; set aside. In a microwave, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
