NUTTY CHOCOLATE FUDGE
This was an easy fudge and a delicious fudge. I skipped the step where you put foil inside the pan--the nonstick coating was plenty to keep the pan clean, and I was more concerned with getting foil stuck in the fudge. Recipe courtesy of Taste of Home Contest Winning Annual Recipes 2010.

NUTTY CHOCOLATE FUDGE
I've trimmed down this recipe over the years, and now my family likes it better than ever. They don't even miss all of the sugar that I used to add. Try it with peanut butter or butterscotch chips. -A. J. Ristow, Tucson, Arizona

SIMPLE AND AMAZING PEANUT BUTTER-CHOCOLATE FUDGE
This is such an easy recipe to throw together with a few ingredients. It always gets rave reviews. The recipe uses peanut butter, but you can substitute any nut butter or sunflower seed butter. A favorite of mine is to use hazelnut butter. Slice into triangles and top with some whipped cream (I use chilled coconut milk) and orange zest.

TIPS:
- Use fresh ingredients: This will help ensure that your chocolate-nutty-fudgy recipe is as delicious as possible. This means using fresh butter, fresh cream, and fresh milk.
- Do not overcook the mixture: This will cause the mixture to become too thick and hard. To avoid overcooking, cook the mixture until the mixture is starting to come away from the sides of the pan and a spoon coated in the mixture leaves a thin coat on the back of the spoon when you run your finger across the back of the spoon.
- Let the chocolate-nutty-fudgy cool completely before cutting it into pieces: This will help the piece hold together better.
- Store the chocolate-nutty-fudgy in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks: This will help keep the chocolate-nutty-fudgy fresh.
