CARROT/NUT/BEAN BURGER
My adaptation of one in Vegetarian Planet by Didi Emmons. I like the colour and hearty flavour of this. It's a really satisfying substitute for meat in a burger. You may use canned beans which cuts down on production time.

Tips:
- When choosing carrots for your burgers, look for ones that are firm and brightly colored. Avoid carrots that are limp or have brown spots.
- To get the most flavor out of your carrots, roast them before adding them to your burgers. Roasting brings out the natural sweetness of the carrots and gives them a slightly caramelized flavor.
- If you don't have time to roast your carrots, you can also grate them or shred them. However, roasting is the best way to get the most flavor out of them.
- When cooking your burgers, be careful not to overcook them. Overcooked burgers will be dry and tough. Cook them until they are just cooked through, about 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Serve your burgers on a toasted bun with your favorite toppings. Some popular toppings include lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese.
Conclusion:
Carrot nut bean burgers are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional beef burgers. They are packed with flavor and nutrients, and they are easy to make. If you are looking for a new and exciting burger recipe, give carrot nut bean burgers a try. You won't be disappointed!
