1 large head cauliflower, broken into small florets
½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
⅔ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring 2 inches of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add cauliflower, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain, and place in a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • In a small bowl mix together butter, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle mixture over cauliflower, and top with Cheddar cheese.

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup chopped green pepper

  • Preheat oven to 325°. Place 1 in. of water in a saucepan; add cauliflower. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until crisp-tender, 5-10 minutes. Drain. , In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cornflakes, peppers and salt; transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. 2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1-1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 cup stuffing mix
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Cook cauliflower according to package directions; drain., In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cheese, bouillon and mustard until blended. 2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup flour
4 cups hot milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh breadcrumb
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Separate cauliflower into small florets and steam over boiling water for about 10 minutes.
