1 1/2 containers (16 oz each) cream cheese frosting
1/3 c caramel ice cream topping
pecan halves for garnish

Tips:

- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of granulated sugar. - Add a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice to the batter for a more traditional pumpkin flavor. - For a moist cake, add a cup of sour cream or yogurt to the batter. - To make the cake extra special, top it with a cream cheese frosting or a maple glaze. - If you don't have a bundt pan, you can bake the cake in a 9x13 inch pan. Just adjust the baking time accordingly.
