1 cup light corn syrup
1 ½ cups peanut butter
7 cups high protein crisp rice and wheat cereal
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • In a large sauce pan, combine sugar and light corn syrup. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the cereal. Pat the cereal mixture into the greased pan.

⅓ cup butter (no substitutes), softened
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
3 large eggs eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups chopped pecans
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
½ cup butter (no substitutes), softened
3 cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons shortening

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add extracts. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
