Tips:

  • For a stronger chai flavor, increase the amount of chai spice mix. You can also add a teaspoon of ground cardamom or ginger for extra warmth.
  • If you don't have almond flour, you can make your own by grinding almonds in a food processor until they reach a fine consistency. You can also use a blend of almond flour and all-purpose flour, but the cookies will be less tender.
  • Be sure to chill the dough before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • If you don't have parchment paper, you can grease the baking sheets with butter or cooking spray. However, parchment paper will help prevent the cookies from sticking and make cleanup easier.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set around the edges but still slightly soft in the center. Overbaking will make them dry and crumbly.

Conclusion:

Chai spiced almond cookies are a delicious and festive treat for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. With their warm and comforting chai flavor, these cookies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
