1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (4 ounce) package blue cheese
1 (5 ounce) jar old english cheddar cheese
1 (6 ounce) package smoked cheese
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1 cup chopped parsley
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 (10 ounce) bag pretzel sticks

Steps:

  • Bring cheeses to room temperature. Blend all cheeses well. Crush garlic and add to cheese mixture. Add Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce and mix well.
  • Add 1/3 cup parsley and 1/2 cup chopped pecans to cheese mixture and blend well. Chill until easy to handle.
  • Mix remaining parsley and pecans together.
  • Roll cheese into balls that are about 1 inch in diameter. Roll each ball in the parsley/nut mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Insert a pretzel stick into each cheese ball just before serving.

3 ½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (1 ounce) package Ranch-style dressing mix
2 cups chopped pecans
4 pecan halves

1 cup sour cream
2 packages (2-1/2 ounces each) thinly sliced dried beef, finely chopped
2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/4 cups crisp rice cereal, crushed
1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
TOPPINGS:
Blue paste food coloring
1/2 cup finely shredded Swiss cheese, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 package (2-1/2 ounces) thinly sliced dried beef
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions (green tops only)
1/2 cup diced sweet yellow pepper
1/2 cup diced sweet red pepper
15 small water chestnut slices
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon whole milk
Black paste food coloring
2 breadsticks

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, ricotta and sour cream; add beef. Beat in the cheddar cheese, cereal, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
