Provided by Philadelphia

Categories     Trusted Brands: Recipes and Tips     PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese

Time 10m

Yield 4

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 carrot, shredded, divided
½ cup PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
2 cucumbers, cut lengthwise in half, seeded

Steps:

  • Reserve 2 Tbsp. carrots. Mix remaining carrots with cream cheese; spoon into cucumber shells. Top with reserved carrots.
  • Cut each cucumber half into 5 pieces to serve.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the final flavor of your dish. Look for fresh, organic ingredients whenever possible.
  • Don't overcook the beef. Overcooked beef will be tough and dry. Cook it until it is just cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Use a good quality cheese. The cheese is one of the main ingredients in this dish, so it's important to use a cheese that you love. A sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese would be a good choice.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment. This recipe is a great starting point, but you can feel free to experiment with different ingredients and flavors. For example, you could try using different types of cheese, herbs, or vegetables.

Conclusion:

Cheesy herb and beef bites are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. They are perfect for parties or potlucks. And they are also a great way to use up leftover beef. So next time you have some leftover beef, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
