Number Of Ingredients 4

8 oz can refrigerated crescent rolls
6 Tbsp garlic herb spreadable cheese
6 slices cooked deli ham
6 fresh spinach leaves

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350.
  • 2. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal.
  • 3. Spread rectangles with cheese to within 1/4 inch of edges; top with ham and spinach.
  • 4. Starting at shortest side, roll up each rectangle; press edges to seal.
  • 5. Cut each roll into 6 slices.
  • 6. Place, cut sides down, on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

Tips:

  • Choose fresh spinach. Fresh spinach has a vibrant green color and is free of wilted or yellowed leaves.
  • Use a variety of cheeses. A combination of cheeses, such as mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan, will give your pinwheels a delicious and complex flavor.
  • Don't overfill the pinwheels. If you overfill them, they will be difficult to roll and will likely break apart.
  • Bake the pinwheels until they are golden brown. This will ensure that they are cooked through and have a crispy crust.
  • Serve the pinwheels warm. They are best enjoyed when they are fresh out of the oven.

Conclusion:

Cheesy spinach pinwheels are a delicious and versatile appetizer or snack. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With a variety of fillings and flavors to choose from, you're sure to find a recipe that you'll love. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy snack, give cheesy spinach pinwheels a try.
