1 cup diced chicken
3 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup roasted almonds
1 1/2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped broccoli

1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup hot water (dilute the corn starch in the water)

Steps:

  • Blanch almonds, then peel the skins off.
  • Roast in oven at 375 for about 10-15 min (or until you are finished cooking) Add oil to wok and heat until smoking.
  • Add onion and chicken, cook about 4 minute stirring occasionally.
  • Add the remainder of the ingredients (except the corn starch/water mixture and the almonds).
  • Cover wok and stir every two min for about 4-6 min.
  • Then add Corn starch mixture and allow to thicken in the wok.
  • Add almonds and serve.

1¼ lbs boneless skinless, cut into 1-inch piece chicken breast
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
to taste salt and pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
3 cups such as small broccoli florets, snow peas, bell peppers, and sliced mushrooms assorted mixed vegetables
8 oz (1 can), drained sliced water chestnuts
½ cup toasted Blue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds
¾ cup chicken broth
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp hoisin sauce

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and hoisin sauce; set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper and add it to the pan.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally until chicken is cooked through and browned for about 3 to 5 minutes per side.
  • Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add the vegetables to the pan along with 2 teaspoons of water.

1¼ lb Boneless Chicken Breast.
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil.
2 Cloves Garlic (minced).
3 cups Assorted mixed vegetables.
1 Can of Water Chestnuts.
½ cups Almonds (toasted).
¾ cup Chicken Broth.
1 tbsp Cornstarch.
2 tbsp Soy Sauce.
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar.
1 tsp Sugar.
2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce.
Salt and Black Pepper to taste.

Steps:

  • First of all, whisk the Chicken Broth, Cornstarch, Rice Vinegar, Hoisin sauce, Sugar, Soy Sauce in a bowl and set aside.
  • Now take a large pan and heat the Vegetable Oil over medium-high heat, then put the Chicken seasoned with Salt and Black Pepper in it.
  • Stir occasionally and cook it for about 3 to 5 minutes per side until Chicken turns brown.
  • Then add Garlic to the pan and cook it for 30 seconds.
  • Then add Vegetables into the pan, and while stirring occasionally cook it for 4 to 5minutes until the vegetables become crisp-tender. Then sprinkle some Salt and Pepper on Vegetables.
  • Add Chicken Broth mixture to the saucepan, bring it to boil on high heat, and cook it for 1 minute to thicken the sauce.

1 egg white
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon soy sauce

2 medium carrots
2 tablespoons oyster liquor or 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon water
vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup blanched whole almonds
1/4 cup diced onion
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon finely chopped gingerroot
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced water chestnut
1/2 cup diced canned bamboo shoots
1 can (4 ounces) button mushrooms drained
1/2 cup chicken broth (see Soups)
1 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons , chopped green onions, (with tops)

Steps:

  • Remove bones and skin from chicken breasts cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Mix egg white, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, the soy sauce and white pepper in medium bowl stir in chicken.
