BROCCOLI CHICKEN CUPS
These are really good! I got this recipe from Taste Of Home magazine and made these last night. I made a few changes, but am posting the original recipe here: added 1 tbsp more mustard than asked for (personal preference), also - for the cooked chicken, i had boiled about 400 g boneless fillets in about 2 cups of water with a little vinegar, a crushed stock cube, garlic and ginger paste and lots of black pepper. I didnt have any parmesan so topped with crushed black pepper and just a bit of mozzarella. Also - i used ready made puff pastry squares for this

Tips:
- Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and tools ready. This will help you save time and ensure that your dish is cooked properly.
- Cook the Chicken Thoroughly: Chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) to ensure that it is safe to eat.
- Use Fresh Vegetables: Fresh vegetables will give your dish the best flavor and texture. If you don't have fresh vegetables on hand, you can use frozen vegetables, but make sure to thaw them before using.
- Don't Overcook the Vegetables: Vegetables should be cooked until they are tender-crisp. Overcooked vegetables will be mushy and bland.
- Use a Flavorful Sauce: The sauce is what will really bring your dish together. Make sure to use a sauce that is flavorful and complements the other ingredients in your dish.
- Serve Immediately: Chicken and broccoli cups are best served immediately after they are made. This will ensure that they are at their best flavor and texture.
Conclusion:
Chicken and broccoli cups are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for busy weeknights. They are also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. With a little planning and preparation, you can have a delicious and healthy meal on the table in no time.
